Responsibilities included preparation of all land development
estimates and budgets, cash flows, and pro formas; development
scheduling; coordination of design work by the civil and soils
engineers and other project consultants; preparations of the Bid and
Contract Documents; bidding and contract negotiation; preparation of
job cost control systems; project management and coordination of all
subs and consultants during the course of the work.

and Walnut Creek. Responsibilities were the same as those listed

Department in preparing feasibility analysis on lands considered for
purchase.
