Andritsch Job Synopsis

Tom and Anne Andritsch were referred to KSI by their friends (and former KSI customers), John and Pat Olson. Tom and Anne owned property in Kala Point and wanted to have a three bedroom rambler designed and constructed. The Andritschs and John Olson worked together to prepare the preliminary floorplans and elevations which made our task considerably easier than what we normally encounter. Through KSI home tours and their familiarity with John and Pat Olson's home, the Andritschs were quite sure of what they wanted in the way of interior/exterior trim details.

After costing out the preliminary drawings we went to final working drawings and submitted for permits in February of 1998. Work started in April of 1998 and the job was completed in September of that same year. The Andritschs maintained their residency in Alaska until the house was completed. Monthly meetings were held onsite to review construction details.
